In 2016 The Bowery was unveiled in the heart of the revitalised Bowden precinct.

Named after the lower Manhattan precinct in New York, the seven-storey, 54 apartment building was designed around a unique internal courtyard and breezeway and the building features views of the parkland and city.

In partnership with the South Australian Government’s Renewal SA, the building meets 5 star Green Star principles of sustainability
